Responsibilities

→Deliver an unforgettable, world-class car-buying experience from the moment customers arrive.
→Match customers with the perfect Mazda vehicle using expert product knowledge and the latest automotive technology.
→Guide guests through seamless test drives, presentations, and financing.
→Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
→Hit (and exceed) personal and team sales goals in a high-energy, supportive environment.
→Stay ahead of industry trends, inventory, and promotions.
→Who We’re Looking For
→Sales or customer service experience preferred — but not required. We invest in great people and provide elite training.
→Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
→Genuine passion for cars and helping people.
→Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
→Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
→English required/Spanish a plus
