We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Franchise Support Department. The Account manager at the Museum of Illusions is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with franchisees ensuring their needs are met and driving overall satisfaction and success of the franchise network. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration to support the museums in achieving their goals.
If you join our Franchise support team you will be communicating with our franchise network about their sales & marketing efforts, monitoring and analyzing their business performance, and collaborating with them & our internal departments on achieving strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, overseeing and resolving requests while ensuring clear and timely communication
- →Monitor and analyze KPIs and historical performance of assigned museums, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- →Prepare and deliver performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- →Drive business performance by supporting initiatives to increase ticket sales, retail revenue, and overall profitability
- →Ensure franchise compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines, and franchise agreements
- →Provide day-to-day support to franchise partners and assist in resolving operational requests and challenges
- →Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, IT, Retail) to improve museum performance
- →Support the implementation and adoption of new initiatives, tools, technologies, and best practices across locations
- →Contribute to training and onboarding initiatives to ensure franchise teams are equipped with required knowledge and standards
- →Support the establishment and rollout of standardized processes, procedures, and ways of working across the network
- →Participate in onboarding and setup of new franchise locations, ensuring smooth launch and alignment with standards
- →Identify underperformance and drive corrective actions in alignment with franchise partners
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role (preferably in marketing, sales, or advertising).
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects or campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of marketing, advertising, or digital strategies is preferred.
