They’re expanding globally, and building their founding sales team in Hong Kong. If you’re an high-performing Senior Sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves complex deals, and wants to make real impact in the HR Tech space — this role is for you. 

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (prospecting → closing → onboarding)
  • Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HRDs, and TA leaders
  • Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise clients in HK
  • Develop strategic partnerships with recruitment firms, HR partners, and ecosystem players
  • Share market insights that shape Moka’s regional strategy
  • Help build, and eventually lead, the HKMT sales team
  • 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or Enterprise Software
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition is a strong plus
  • Strategic, consultative selling style
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Builder mindset — comfortable creating something from scratch
  • Clear fast-track path to Regional Leader
