Summary of the role:
This Strategic Account Manager role is ideal for a client-focused professional with a strong background in managing complex portfolios and driving strategic growth. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, deliver data-driven insights, and develop scalable account strategies. With a focus on enterprise-level clients, this position offers opportunities to mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and achieve high-value revenue targets through consultative selling and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage large and complex client portfolios (100–250 employee-sized accounts)
- →Engage with enterprise clients (250+ employees) as needed
- →Lead client QBRs and strategic planning sessions
- →Drive client outcomes using data-driven insights
- →Forecast revenue and manage pipeline effectively
- →Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team development
- →Develop scalable account growth strategies
- →Champion client engagement and strategic account management
- Proven strategic thinking and consultative selling skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and business planning
- Strong leadership in client engagement and enterprise strategy
- Mastery of strategic account management practices
- Experience contributing to process improvements and best practices
- Embraces AI to find better ways to work and excel in role
