NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an Executive Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef at our Scratch Kitchen located in Myrtle Beach. This full-time, on-site position is an incredible opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that our scratch-made dishes maintain the highest quality standards. You will be instrumental in menu development, staff training, and maintaining a productive and positive kitchen environment. Your expertise will help shape our culinary vision and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with benefits that support your well-being and professional growth. Join us in creating memorable dining experiences that highlight our commitment to quality and innovation in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities

- →Develop and implement seasonal menus showcasing scratch-made dishes
- →Manage kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship to enhance their skills
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost effectively
- →Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- →Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures
- →Continuously seek ways to improve kitchen efficiency and service
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
