NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a talented Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to join our innovative team at Scratch Kitchen in Cornelius. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals at the mid-senior level who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, and leading a team of culinary staff. You will play a crucial role in menu development, maintaining food safety standards, and creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to fresh, scratch-made cuisine.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters creativity and growth within the culinary industry.
Responsibilities

- →Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and guidance
- →Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- →Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- →Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service

Requirements
