NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our Scratch Kitchen in Holly Springs. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to craft exceptional dining experiences while managing a team of culinary professionals in a vibrant restaurant environment.

As an Executive Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Your role will be crucial in developing menus, managing inventory, and maintaining food safety standards while fostering a collaborative and innovative kitchen culture. This position is ideal for someone passionate about culinary excellence and team leadership.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement in the dynamic restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and morale
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain exceptional standards
  • Manage inventory and supply chain for cost-effective operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Train and mentor culinary team members in techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Develop and manage kitchen budgets and financial reports
  • Innovate new dishes and culinary concepts to enhance the dining experience
  • Respond to customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for scratch cooking
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
