This full-time, on-site position presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in the restaurant industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
In this entry-level position, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that every aspect of the restaurant runs efficiently. You will have the chance to work closely with our culinary team and front-of-house staff to maintain our high standards of service and quality. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with opportunities for growth within our organization.
Responsibilities

- →Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- →Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- →Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- →Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints
- →Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
- →Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with chefs
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management

- Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
