As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head Chef, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with full benefits and opportunities for professional development within the hospitality industry.

• →Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking
• →Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• →Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• →Develop and maintain seasonal menus
• →Train new kitchen staff and promote teamwork
• →Ensure timely and quality presentation of food dishes
• →Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• →Assist in creating budget plans and managing kitchen expenses

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant culinary role
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
