Role We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Account Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of our Transport Management System (TMS) for enterprise customers. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their supply chain requirements, and ensuring successful onboarding, go-live, and adoption of the platform. Key Responsibilities: · Own the complete onboarding lifecycle from post-sales handover to go-live and hypercare support · Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with customers and translate business needs into functional solutions · Drive solution design and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for configuration and customization · Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time implementation · Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure successful closure before go-live · Coordinate integrations with external systems such as ERP, WMS, and third-party platforms · Engage with stakeholders, including senior leadership (CXO level), to provide regular updates and manage expectations · Identify implementation risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans · Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success/Support teams post go-live · Maintain documentation for requirements, workflows, and implementation processes Requirements · 8 plus years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management roles · Hands-on experience in implementing Transport Management Systems (TMS) or supply chain/logistics platforms · Ability to handle both functional and technical discussions with customers and internal teams · Experience in managing enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders · Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, ERP/WMS integrations) · Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills · Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
