PMC: Sales Operations Specialist

• Review all insertion orders in CRM system for accuracy
• Support business unit(s) in all CRM requests
• Run multiple weekly training sessions for different user types
• Day to day departmental clerical tasks
• Assist in month-end close, including communications and reporting.

• At least 1 year of experience in business office
• High proficiency with MS Office, Excel
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and to proactively identify issues and make recommendations
• Ability to function efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities
• Experience in print and digital media industry a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
