1–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B or SaaS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Research, identify, and reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- →Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit based on predefined criteria.
- →Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives and help build a strong pipeline.
- →Use CRM tools to track activity, update lead information, and maintain accurate records.
- →Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-up efforts.
- →Gather market intelligence and prospect feedback to improve outreach strategies.
- →Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and outreach activity.
Requirements
~1 min read- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with the Indian B2B market is a plus.
