Piedmont Door Solutions is looking for a Business Development Representative to grow the North Florida market our of Jacksonville. This is a field-based, business development role with emphasis on prospecting and building commercial relationships across the territory with the full support of the Florida + S. Georgia operations teams. You'd be joining at an exciting inflection point for the business: 6 consecutive record-breaking quarters, a growing national sales team, and a Florida market that's poised for growth. If you thrive in a hunter environment and want real ownership over growth strategy in a developing market, this is worth a conversation

  • Own the full sales cycle across the Jacksonville territory from cold outreach and prospecting to proposal delivery and close
  • Build and grow a pipeline of net-new commercial accounts across key verticals including healthcare, property management, general contractors, and glazers
  • Develop lasting relationships with facilities managers, GCs, architects, and property owners as their trusted pedestrian access solutions partner
  • Collaborate closely with branch operations and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and a customer experience that earns repeat business
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and participate in regular sales reviews with branch leadership

  • 5–7 years of outside sales or business development experience in commercial B2B identifying and closing on new opportunities
  • Background in commercial doors, access control, glazing/Division 8, building materials, HVAC, or adjacent construction/facilities sectors
  • The ability to work independently in a field-based role and manage a large territory without being managed
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage decision-makers at any level
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
