Aftermarket Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Attain sales and gross profit objective set by the Aftermarket Sales Manager.
Regularly call on established accounts.
Establish and qualify new accounts.
Aggressively sell all products available to the current application.
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers.
Maintain familiarity with all vendor products and merchandising programs, dealership parts, ordering and inventory systems, plus the dealership credit policies.
Make daily contact with major accounts.
Complete tasks within expenses budgeted for travel and entertainment.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
 
Aftermarket Sales Representative Requirements:
A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Additional product training preferred.
A minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations is required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
 
$35,000 + commission with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and gross profit goals established by the Aftermarket Sales Manager

  • Maintain regular contact with established customer accounts

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts

  • Actively sell the full range of applicable aftermarket products, including parts, collision, and service offerings

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all customers

  • Build strong relationships by making daily contact with major accounts

  • Maintain a working knowledge of vendor products, merchandising programs, and promotions

  • Utilize dealership parts, ordering, and inventory systems accurately and efficiently

  • Adhere to dealership credit policies and procedures

  • This role is ideal for a driven, results‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities at once.   • Experience: Three years in parts merchandising and two years of truck parts sales or automotive parts sales.
  • Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver’s license is required.
