  • Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify, reach out to, and sign high-growth brands and direct retailers as QLS partners.
  • Selling: Understand the unique supply chain pain points of prospective clients articulate how QLS’s M2C model and automated logistics technology can solve them.
  • Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events across the APAC and global retail sectors.
  • Pitch Proposal: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals that highlight QLS’s value proposition (speed, cost-efficiency, and tech-integration).
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the commercial negotiation process, including pricing structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and legal terms.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of logistics trends and competitor offerings to refine our go-to-market strategy and pricing models.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team. Quince is a US-based, hyper-growth tech retail start-up experiencing 100%+ YoY growth and serving millions of users each month. Backed by over USD 500 million in funding, we continue to scale rapidly. At Quince, we didn’t just build a $2B+ retail brand—we completely rewrote the playbook on cross-border e-commerce. Quince Logistics Service (QLS) is the specialized supply chain powerhouse and technology platform behind our disruptive Manufacturer-to-Consumer (M2C) model. By bypassing traditional middleman layers and building a proprietary, automated logistics network from scratch, we ship high-quality products directly from global factories to the customer’s doorstep. Today, QLS has externalized this world-class infrastructure as a standalone service, enabling other DTC brands to tap into our dedicated air lanes, automated customs clearance, and origin-warehousing network. We are scaling rapidly, moving tens of millions of parcels annually, and looking for builders to help us shape the future of global commerce.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8+ years of B2C, B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, E-commerce Platforms, or Supply Chain SaaS.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets and successfully acquiring mid-to-large scale brand/retailer accounts.
  • Network: An existing network of contacts within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or the APAC region is a significant plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills. Ability to influence C-level executives and supply chain heads.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential for engaging both international brands and regional stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-growing start-up. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a playbook to be written
