Sales Consultant / Counter Sales Assistant – Cape Town & Tygervalley

Red Ember Recruitment is currently seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultants / Counter Sales Assistants for roles based in Cape Town and Tygervalley. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, handling counter sales, providing product advice, and ensuring excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. Assisting customers at the counter and in-store. Processing sales and quotations. Advising customers on products and services. Maintaining excellent store presentation. Building strong customer relationships. Assisting with stock and general shop duties. Meeting sales and service targets. Please note: Candidates must be based in or near Cape Town or Tygervalley and have reliable transport. Requirements Previous sales or retail experience will be advantageous. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to read, understand, and communicate in Afrikaans. Candidates must be well presented and professional always. Candidates must be energetic, reliable, and target driven. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle. A valid driver’s license is required.
