Sales Representative

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking on behalf of our client, a Sales Representative based in Gauteng to grow the company’s customer base, maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue through effective field sales activities. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who is confident in face-to-face sales, comfortable working independently, and eager to contribute to business growth within the construction and property development industry. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Present and promote company products/services to potential customers Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Gather market and competitor insights and report back to management Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements Matic- Grade 12 Proven experience in sales 3+ years Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (mandatory) Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings Basic computer skills (email, excel, reporting) Advantageous (but not required) Experience in field sales Knowledge of the local market Existing client network
