~1 min readWe are seeking a powerhouse Enterprise Account Executive to dominate the Las Vegas Casino market. This isn’t a territory for generalists; we need a seasoned strategist who understands the heartbeat of the Strip and Downtown. At Relay, we are disrupting the status quo of hospitality operations with our next-generation communication platform.
You will navigate the complex web of Las Vegas’s largest Integrated Resorts, moving beyond "vendor" status to become a strategic partner for the world’s most iconic gaming brands. If you have the strategic network and the grit to architect and close six and seven-figure enterprise agreements in a 24/7 environment, you belong at Relay.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a surgical sales plan targeting the big players and independent Integrated Resorts across the Strip and Downtown.
- C-Suite & Property-Level Navigation: Masterfully navigate the dual-layer decision-making process of Las Vegas (Corporate HQ vs. Property-level leaders).
- Operational Pain Point Identification: Conduct deep-dive assessments into the friction points of casino operations.
- Collaborative Deal Architecture: Partner with Relay’s Sales Engineers and Product teams to lead the charge through pilots and full-scale enterprise rollouts.
- Industry Ambassadorship: Maintain a constant, influential presence at key industry events (G2E, etc.) and within local networks to keep Relay top-of-mind.
- 7+ Years of selling to Las Vegas casinos with a proven track record selling high-ticket enterprise solutions.
- An active, "warm" network of Director, VP, and C-Suite contacts within major gaming operators. You have the credibility to bypass gatekeepers.
- An intimate understanding of how an Integrated Resort functions—you know the difference between back-of-house (BOH) needs and front-of-house (FOH) expectations.
- A history of closing complex, multi-year contracts involving multiple stakeholders, legal, and procurement committees.
- You live and breathe the Las Vegas market; you know the players, the politics, and the pace.
