Position Overview
Are you passionate about building lasting relationships, obsessed with excellent customer service, and excited about the activewear and apparel industry? We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our established B2B clients (print shops, embroidery businesses, corporate clients, and brands). You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, ensuring order accuracy, anticipating client needs, and driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, fostering strong, long-term partnerships built on trust.
- Order & Pipeline Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end order process, collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new product lines, fabric technologies, and exclusive inventory to expand account revenue.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address client issues, inventory shortages, or shipping delays with empathy, urgency, and creative solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our apparel catalog, decorating techniques (screen printing, embroidery, sublimation), and industry trends to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- CRM Management: Consistently log client interactions, update account statuses, and track sales pipelines using our CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success (experience in the apparel, promotional products, or printing industry is a massive plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- Detail-Oriented: A hawk-eye for detail; you can catch a mismatched SKU or an incorrect shipping address from a mile away.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Resilience: Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure or when dealing with tight supply chain deadlines.
