About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Outbound Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients within the real estate industry. You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline by generating leads, setting appointments, and initiating meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, is confident on the phone, and is motivated by hitting targets and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities

- Identify and target real estate agents, brokers, and teams
- Build and manage lead lists using provided tools and research
- Consistently meet daily and weekly outreach targets
Requirements

- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline
- Use CRM systems such as GoHighLevel (Pixel CRM) or HubSpot
- Log all outreach activities, notes, and lead statuses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Track performance metrics and pipeline progress
- Conduct follow-ups via phone and email
- Nurture leads through consistent and professional communication
- Handle objections and maintain engagement with prospects
- Meet or exceed KPIs (calls, emails, appointments set)
- Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and market response
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and performance
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation
- Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience setting appointments or qualifying leads
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with GoHighLevel (Pixel CRM) or HubSpot
- CRM management and pipeline tracking
- Email and outreach tools
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Basic data entry and reporting
