Manage inbound Instagram messages and engage leads through “sell-by-chat” conversations

Book consultations accurately within the scheduling system

Conduct discovery calls and guide prospects through next steps

Execute consistent follow-ups with new leads who go cold

Requirements

Prior experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role

Strong written and verbal English communication (“crisp” and professional)

Experience with chat-based sales (social media, SMS, or similar channels)

Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms

Comfortable handling both messaging and phone-based conversations

Strong follow-up discipline and persistence

Ability to manage multiple conversations and leads simultaneously

Reliable remote work setup and internet connection

Experience selling within healthcare, wellness, or fitness-related industries

Familiarity with Instagram DM sales workflows

Experience with scheduling tools or EMR systems (e.g., JNAP or similar)

Ability to navigate conversations around injury, rehab, or performance training

Background in high-ticket or consultative sales environments

Full-time, remote position

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
