Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound lead flow and drive conversions through a primarily chat-based sales process.

This role is focused on engaging, qualifying, and converting leads—primarily through Instagram—while also handling follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and booking consultations. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, strong in written communication, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The primary function of this role is to engage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and book consultations through a combination of chat-based outreach and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound Instagram messages and engage leads through “sell-by-chat” conversations

  • Qualify prospects based on readiness, fit, and service needs

  • Book consultations accurately within the scheduling system

  • Conduct discovery calls and guide prospects through next steps

  • Execute consistent follow-ups with new leads who go cold

  • Re-engage past or inactive clients to generate new opportunities

  • Maintain fast response times to maximize conversion rates

  • Track and update lead activity within the CRM

  • Follow messaging frameworks while adapting tone naturally to conversations

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role

  • Strong written and verbal English communication (“crisp” and professional)

  • Experience with chat-based sales (social media, SMS, or similar channels)

  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms

  • Comfortable handling both messaging and phone-based conversations

  • Strong follow-up discipline and persistence

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and leads simultaneously

  • Reliable remote work setup and internet connection

  • Experience selling within healthcare, wellness, or fitness-related industries

  • Familiarity with Instagram DM sales workflows

  • Experience with scheduling tools or EMR systems (e.g., JNAP or similar)

  • Ability to navigate conversations around injury, rehab, or performance training

  • Background in high-ticket or consultative sales environments

  • Full-time, remote position

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

  • Must be available for real-time lead response during working hours

  • Direct impact on revenue through inbound lead conversion

  • High-volume lead flow with strong opportunity to perform
