We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in France. You will manage the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and first contact through negotiation to closing—while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de la transaction, de la prospection et du premier contact jusqu’à la négociation et au closing, tout en développant et en maintenant un pipeline commercial solide.

WHAT YOU’LL DO | MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
EN:
- Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings
- Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
- Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
- Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in France
FR:
- Gérer de manière autonome un pipeline d’origination de bout en bout (lead → qualification → proposition → négociation → closing)
- Être le premier point de contact des prospects avec une approche de vente consultative
- Atteindre les objectifs mensuels, trimestriels et annuels liés au développement du pipeline et aux closings
- Suivre la qualité du pipeline à l’aide de KPIs, de l’activité commerciale et des prévisions
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des outils CRM, de la génération de leads et des processus d’origination
- Participer aux initiatives stratégiques et au développement du marché en France
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR | PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Required | Requis
EN:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
- Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
FR:
- Diplôme de niveau Bac+3 minimum ou expérience professionnelle équivalente en vente ou développement commercial
- Expérience avérée en négociation et en conclusion de transactions (end-to-end)
- Solide compréhension business et approche structurée de la gestion de pipeline
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles
Nice to Have | Atouts

- Familiarity with real estate closing processes
- Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR / NPV
- Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing
