Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential providers seeking information about our home care partnerships. Outbound calls will involve prospecting for new home care partners and maintaining communication, follow-up tasks, and driving growth goals with current partners.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to current and potential home care partners, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.
- Provider Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with home care providers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Sales Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
- Contract Development: Meet or exceed contract targets by negotiating and renegotiating home care partnership agreements.
- Rate Analysis: Conduct Rate Analyses according to company standards to determine fair market home care rates for partners and clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in business to business sales required. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for helping veterans and their families.
- Highly motivated and coachable with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
