We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
3. Understand client requirements and preferences
4. Provide comprehensive briefings on relevant property units
5. Conduct site visits and demonstrations to facilitate informed decisions
6. Close deals efficiently and maintain a high sales conversion rate
7. Foster long-term client relationships through excellent customer service
8. Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
~1 min read1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 10-14 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
