- Conduct outbound calls to leads sourced from ZoomInfo and campaigns
- Introduce services and engage potential clients professionally
- Follow call scripts and adapt messaging when needed
Requirements
~1 min read- Ask qualifying questions to assess client needs
- Schedule appointments for internal sales representatives
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate team members
- Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and SMS (if applicable)
- Maintain consistent communication cadence with leads
- Ensure no leads are left uncontacted
- Log all interactions and updates in Salesforce
- Track call outcomes and lead status
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Assist in quickly responding to inbound leads when assigned
- Help improve overall response time for new inquiries
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and basic rebuttals
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
- Salesforce (required)
- ZoomInfo (training provided)
- Phone system / dialer (client-provided)
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Teams
- Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
- Daily Working Time: Flexible (aligned with business hours) EST.
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
