ACG_3382_JOB Our client is a leading construction corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Acquire exhibitors and drive space sales/leasing in the Vietnam market; define suitable commercial and partnership models for each project. Coordinate closely with international partners to align leasing strategy, sales plans, and prioritized prospect lists to deliver targeted revenue and occupancy; execute and track implementation to meet commercial KPIs and maintain P&L control for each show/project. Build and grow client and partner relationships across key stakeholder groups, including brands, agencies, media partners, sponsors, ticketing/distribution partners, and other commercial collaborators. Engage and maintain relationships with investors as well as major domestic associations and enterprises; liaise with relevant authorities/ministries and local trade organizations/associations to secure industry and Government support in Vietnam. Manage and analyze market intelligence and commercial data to recommend new Show IPs to bring into Vietnam and/or scale domestic IPs into international markets. Requirements Strong track record in B2B sales, exhibition leasing, exhibitor development, or Show IP management; preference for experience in exhibitions, MICE, and international event environments. Demonstrated experience building leasing strategies, delivering revenue and occupancy targets, and managing project-level P&L accountability. Well-established network with major enterprises, brands, industry associations, agencies, and international partners. Experience working with government bodies, trade promotion organizations, or industry associations. Strong market sensibility and data-driven decision-making skills to identify, recommend, and develop new Show IP opportunities. Excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities, with strong English proficiency in an international business context.
