ACG_3379_JOB Our client is a leading construction corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Develop and execute long-, mid-, and short-term commercial strategies and operating plans; manage revenue targets, space occupancy performance, and overall product mix structure. Create, govern, and continuously refine pricing policies and promotional/benefit packages; maximize venue/space value and accelerate revenue from value-added services. Establish and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end; assign targets, track conversion metrics, build forecasts, and ensure full adherence to internal processes, contracting standards, and receivables/debt control through system-based management. Lead negotiations and closing for high-value/key accounts and major contracts; cultivate strategic partnerships and expand market coverage. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Tourism–MICE, or a related discipline. Strong command of English for business communication and negotiation. Demonstrated experience leading sales or leasing/commercial operations in the exhibitions and events sector; preference for candidates with direct ownership of revenue, venue capacity/occupancy, and large/key client portfolios. Solid understanding of market analysis, product structuring, and commercial policy development. Ability to plan and coordinate marketing and advertising activities effectively. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Proven leadership capability, including coaching, team development, and talent growth.
