Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term. Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory. Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives. Successfully complete divisional training programs, apply these skills in the field and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis. Actively attend clinical cases to support product use as per the DFU. Identify additional product opportunities to actively sell to Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons and other associated specialties. Work with the broader Peripheral Interventions team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers. Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Peripheral Interventions / Interventional Radiology business. Book 1:1 meetings with doctors to discuss product use and actively sell. Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required. Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements. Builds and maintains effective networks that add value in achieving work related goals. Works effectively and collaboratively within the team environment. Sales Performance: Is a seasoned professional sales person with demonstrated sales success. Track record of identifying and executing on new business opportunities. Effectively determines customer's needs and applies knowledge of products and services to meet these needs. Demonstrated ability to manage a territory. Identify and build strong long-term relationships with KOL's and all other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders Develop an in depth knowledge of devices and treatment applications. Proactively keeps up to date with product and technical knowledge. Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success. Prior experience with Peripheral Interventions / Interventional Radiology products is desirable but not essential. Tertiary education in science or business preferred. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships. Ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly. Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
