Our client, Rise Baking Company, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking a Director of Broadline Foodservice Sales to lead and accelerate growth across the broadline foodservice channel. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence on the company’s commercial strategy, customer relationships, and long-term growth incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and broker partners to drive profitable growth across the broadline channel
  • Manage strategic relationships with key distributors, GPOs, and Foodservice Management Companies
  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies, joint business plans, and promotional initiatives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing customer partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and business objectives
  • Provide sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market insights to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • Extensive Foodservice sales experience, including experience with broadline distributors, independents, regional chains, and brokers
  • Proven track record of driving growth through strategic customer partnerships and managing relationships with key distributors, GPOs, and FMCs
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed to support customer and business objectives
