This is a pure business development role, with Account Managers handling post-sale client success.   Job Responsibilities: Prospect & Lead Generation - Identify potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in relevant industry events. Opportunity Qualification - Understand client challenges, needs, and priorities to present tailored LeadManager solutions to senior decision-makers. Consultative Selling- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and craft customized proposals that align with client goals. Deal Closure - Manage a robust sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, and secure long-term partnerships that contribute to revenue targets. Market Expansion - Remain up to date with market trends and identify new business opportunities across Southeast Asia. Target Achievement - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by demonstrating a persistent and results- driven approach. KPI & YTD Performance - Consistently achieve assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute towards year-to-date (YTD) revenue goals. CRM & Sales Tools Management - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the company CRM system and continuously improve product and sales knowledge. Uphold Company Values - Represent and uphold Hubexo’s mission, vision, and core values in all internal and external interactions. Ad Hoc Duties - Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to support departmental or organizational   Qualifications: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solution-based selling environments Proven success in high-value, target-driven, consultative sales roles Confidence and competence in engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers Industry experience in construction Ability to drive significant revenue growth through strategic sales execution and high activity levels Strong capability in objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals efficiently Experience navigating complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders Solid understanding of Southeast Asia’s business culture and commercial environment Cross-border sales experience Fluency in English is required Ability to challenge the status quo, influence decision-makers, and drive business change Skilled in managing high-pressure negotiations while maintaining client trust and alignment Proficient in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and activities Comfortable using data and sales analytics to drive performance and decision-making
