About the Role

Buyagift and Red Letter Days have been leading the UK experiences market for over 20 years, helping customers create unforgettable memories through gifting. As part of Moonpig Group, we’re continuing to evolve our experiences proposition by combining data, creativity, and technology to build a world-class gifting marketplace.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial team within the Experiences Division. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of experience partners, helping drive commercial performance, strengthen relationships, and unlock new opportunities across the business.

Working closely with the Category Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering partner growth, supporting trading initiatives, and contributing to the continued success of our marketplace. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where curiosity, accountability, and fresh thinking are encouraged.

  • Manage a portfolio of experience partners, supporting growth, margin, and engagement targets across the category.
  • Build strong partner relationships and develop collaborative growth plans, campaigns, and promotional activity.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, exclusive offers, bundles, and proposition improvements.
  • Support commercial negotiations to improve partner performance and customer value.
  • Monitor partner performance across revenue, margin, sales trends, conversion, cancellations, and customer behaviour metrics.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support the rollout of scalable partner engagement initiatives including webinars, toolkits, templates, and communications.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity with internal teams including Marketing, Trading, and Operations.
  • Test and support new merchandising, pricing, and promotional initiatives to drive growth.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to help keep the proposition competitive and relevant.
  • Share insights and recommendations with Category Managers to support category strategy and future planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and wider business teams to share learnings and improve ways of working.
  • Maintain accurate administration across supplier communications, reporting, pricing, systems updates, and promotional setup.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the category and delivery of key commercial priorities.
  • Experience within account management, marketplace, e-commerce, or digital commerce environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong commercial relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting growth and performance initiatives.
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Comfortable working with performance data, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Ability to spot opportunities for process improvement, automation, or scalable ways of working.
  • Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to test new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive and adaptable approach to teamwork.
