The Associate Account Executive position supports the growth of the Engineered Services business by generating qualified opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activity, and providing responsive customer support to prospects, partners, and internal customers. This role is responsible for building early-stage pipeline, nurturing leads, coordinating proposal activity, and ensuring high-quality communication across the sales cycle.

The Associate Account Executive position supports the growth of the Engineered Services business by generating qualified opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activity, and providing responsive customer support to prospects, partners, and internal customers. This role is responsible for building early-stage pipeline, nurturing leads, coordinating proposal activity, and ensuring high-quality communication across the sales cycle.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct outbound calling, email outreach, and digital prospecting to identify and qualify new opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, partner referrals, or cold calling
- Schedule discovery calls, site assessments, and meetings for Account Executives
- Assist in developing proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Maintain accurate opportunity information, activities, and forecasts within Creatio
- Serve as a primary point of contact for early-stage customer inquiries and follow-up
- Provide timely information on solutions, project processes, utility incentives, and contract vehicles
- Support communication between customers, engineering teams, and sales leadership
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date sales pipeline with accurate qualification notes and next steps
- Generate weekly activity reports, lead metrics, and pipeline performance updates
- Monitor key performance indicators to support continuous improvement of the inside sales function
- Completes other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills
- Strong needs-based sales skills
- Valid PA Driver's License in good standing
