NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in Milwaukee. This full-time, on-site position offers an outstanding opportunity to shape the menu and culinary direction in our casual dining restaurant group.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 annually, along with benefits that support work-life balance and career development in the ever-evolving restaurant industry.

• →Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards

• 5+ years of experience as a chef in a casual dining or similar environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a team towards success
• Strong culinary knowledge with a focus on various cuisines
• Experience with menu development and cost control
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
