NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant Manager at our location in Murfreesboro. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for an entry-level candidate eager to embark on a rewarding career in the restaurant industry.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality. You'll work closely with our team to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding dining experiences. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $80,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Responsibilities

- →Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Monitor food quality and presentation
- →Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

- →Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- →Prepare reports on restaurant performance and financial metrics
Requirements
