• →Responsibility for desserts, pastries, etc.
• →Ensuring a smooth execution of daily kitchen tasks
• →Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines

• →Guiding an apprentice/intern

• →Participation in daily kitchen briefings and regular training sessions

• Completed training in the kitchen or
• Work experience as a patissier/confectioner in upscale hospitality
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Organizational skills, team spirit, and leadership qualities
• Good cooking skills
• Friendly and warm demeanor

• Permanent or seasonal employment contract
• Salary by agreement starting from €2100
• 6-day work week, 48 hours
