Sales Manager (Aesthetic Industry) - Johor Bahru, Malaysia

· Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the beauty, facial or aesthetics industry · Possess a Secondary/SPM/’O’ Level certification as a minimum educational qualification · Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele and team · Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies · Strong understanding of beauty products, facial treatments and aesthetic procedures, with the ability to articulate their benefits to potential customers · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients · Must be willing to work full-time at the onsite location in Southkey, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia Requirements · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base within the beauty and fitness sector · Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance · Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and attending industry events to increase market share · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty · Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements and innovation · Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and budgets to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics · Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth Benefits · Salary: RM3.5K-RM30K per month + Commission: RM1K-RM28K · EPF · SOCSO · Annual Leave · Medical Leave · Health Insurance
