About the Role

We are looking for a hungry, driven B2B Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.

This role is focused on outbound sales—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients who would benefit from outsourced finance and accounting services. You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline and booking qualified meetings for the leadership team.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is confident in outbound outreach, and is motivated by growth and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

  • Identify and target business owners, founders, and decision-makers

  • Build and manage lead lists through research and prospecting tools

  • Consistently meet daily and weekly outreach KPIs

  • Ensure pipeline visibility and organization

  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences via email and calls

  • Nurture leads over time to convert into qualified opportunities

  • Maintain professional and timely communication


  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation

  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
