About the Role

One of our U.S. clients is hiring a full-time Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), based in South Africa, to lead the company’s revenue strategy across marketing, sales, and client retention. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will build out revenue operations, create a clear go-to-market plan, and drive new business growth while overseeing the success of current accounts.

This is a critical role for someone who understands both strategic execution and day-to-day sales operations within a B2B services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement a revenue growth strategy aligned with company goals

  • Oversee SDR and BDR team performance, with coaching and support to hit targets

  • Develop repeatable outbound sales processes and pipeline tracking

  • Partner with marketing to define lead generation priorities and oversee execution

  • Ensure contract renewals and client retention remain high through proactive engagement

  • Set and manage KPIs across the sales and marketing funnel

  • Provide visibility to the CEO through consistent reporting on pipeline and revenue metrics

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B services, preferably in recruiting, outsourcing, or technical staffing

  • Strong grasp of outbound sales strategy and modern marketing tools

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for systems and repeatable processes

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

  • Ability to work standard U.S. hours (Eastern Time preferred)
