Position: Sales Manager

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST

Pay Range: $2,500 - $3,000 base salary + performance incentive (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage, coach, and optimize a team of 14 professionals. This role is pivotal in driving our outbound sales performance, maintaining high standards of quality, and achieving key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will foster a high-performance culture, ensuring each team member meets their targets while delivering a supportive patient experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a team of 14 outbound call center professionals.
• Performance Management: Own and manage all team KPIs, including daily call volume, connection rates, and conversion targets.
• Sales Coaching: Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) reviews and provide actionable, real-time coaching to improve sales performance and objection-handling skills.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor team workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve outbound efficiency and lead conversion.
• Training: Lead onboarding and ongoing development initiatives to ensure the team stays aligned with Better Health's mission and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Language requirement: Excellent English written and verbal communication

Experience: 3+ years of experience in call center leadership or sales management; demonstrated success in outbound sales environments.
