Scope of the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will take inbound video conference calls with potential clients. You will assess their hiring needs, consult them on the ideal hiring plan, and close business. You will also engage in email follow-up to close business. We are looking for seasoned sales professionals who are exceptionally well-spoken and confident.

Duties and responsibilities:

Take inbound face-to-face video calls with potential clients
Follow up with potential clients via phone and email
Cold emailing new prospects to open relationships
Consult with business owners to advise on hiring strategy, region and budgets
Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for the next steps.
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
