The company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager with German language skills to develop and grow the German market from scratch.

The main focus of this role is proactive client acquisition and building a strong B2B partner network. The candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from identifying potential clients and initiating contact to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.

In addition to B2B development, the role includes occasional support of inbound e-commerce leads (B2C), although this is a secondary responsibility and expected to be further automated over time.

This is a highly autonomous and hands-on role suited for a proactive “hunter” profile who can take ownership of market development and drive results independently.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (active sales required)

  • Proven experience in cold outreach and client acquisition

  • Experience managing full sales cycle (lead generation → deal closing → post-sale support)

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of decisions

  • Fluent German and Polish (both required)

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily work
