Cluster Head of Sales and Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Cluster Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the commercial strategy across multiple hotel properties. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue optimization.

• →Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• →Lead and manage sales teams across multiple properties
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (corporate, MICE, agencies)
• →Oversee marketing activities, including digital campaigns and brand positioning
• →Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and occupancy
• →Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales/marketing role in hospitality
• Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of distribution channels, CRM, and hotel systems
• Fluent in English
