About the Role

In this role, you will play a key role in driving the strategic growth of our process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams, you'll help shape and execute our growth roadmap.

Support the growth of our virtual card business by identifying strategic moves and growth levers

Leading card scheme and processing partnerships for card business

Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis

Identify pain points in current business and product processes, and offer actionable solutions

Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to co-build and execute growth strategies

Derive insights from user behavior, financial data, and operational performance

Contribute to decision-making processes with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Minimum 4 years of experience in business development roles

Passion for fintech and digital products

Strong skills in market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Professional working proficiency in English
