The brands you'll be building relationships with obsess over every first impression. Your job is to make sure meeting Wallop feels just as intentional.
Working within an iterative Rev Ops team, you will own the full business development cycle. You'll identify the right ownership groups, property management companies, and experiential travel brands, build real relationships with the people who matter, and bring
Wallop's digital expertise to clients who genuinely need it. From the first conversation to the signed deal, that's your territory.
You don't wait for leads to come to you. You think in pipelines and relationships simultaneously. You've sold digital services at an agency before, and you know how to earn trust with sophisticated, high-expectation clients. You're strategic, persistent, and you close.
A 22-year brand, and an expert team with serious credibility behind you. A niche where relationships compound over time. Real earning potential tied to real performance. And the chance to build something that outlasts a quota, a book of business you're genuinely proud of.

- A track record of building trust with senior executives and ownership groups
- Experience managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Comfort with CRM systems and a collaborative approach to refining sales
processes alongside a Rev Ops team - The ability to research and map complex ownership structures within hospitality
portfolios - A consultative instinct — you lead with credibility, not a pitch deck
Personal:
- You're smart, curious, and always learning
- You're energized by building relationships, pipelines, and businesses
- You're confident in front of senior executives and know how to earn a room
- You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on a cold call
- You like people, and people like you
- You thrive independently but show up fully as part of a team
- You're a natural problem-solver who finds a way forward
- You can overlap with core PST hours, wherever you're based
- You're able to travel for conferences and industry events
Attendance Expectations:
- Attend Company town halls and culture-building events as scheduled
- Participate in mandatory team or department meetings requiring in-person presence
