CPT-11001 Creative Virtual Assistant – Photography & Album Design Support

• Access and download pre-selected client photo galleries
• Design photo albums using Pixellu Smart Albums
• Apply predefined templates and layouts
• Organize images by event segments (ceremony, reception, portraits, etc.)
• Export and finalize album files accurately
• Upload completed albums to printing or ordering platforms
• Follow step-by-step production workflows and SOPs

• Prepare album orders after training and approval
• Upload designs to production partners
• Conduct quality checks before final submission
• Coordinate with the client to confirm specifications

• Assist with social media scheduling and posting
• Make basic website updates (e.g., Showit or similar platforms)
• Support small creative or administrative marketing tasks

• Follow documented workflows and checklists
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across tasks
• Communicate proactively with the client
• Adapt to new tools and processes as needed

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Creative Support role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable using digital tools, file systems, and online platforms
• Organized, reliable, and self-directed
• Willingness to learn new tools and software

• Experience with Pixellu Smart Albums or similar design tools
• Background in photography, creative services, or visual workflows
• Familiarity with website builders (Showit preferred)
• Experience supporting small businesses or solo entrepreneurs

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: EST, Flexible.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
