Independent Contractor – CPT-11520 Credit Repair Lead Generation Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Entry-Senior Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A growing credit rebuilding business is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to help generate and organize qualified leads through research, digital outreach, email-based communication, and lead tracking.

The client specifically does not want unsolicited telemarketing or cold calling. The initial focus is creating a compliant, repeatable lead-generation process that identifies appropriate prospects, directs them toward the company's existing online process, and helps move interested leads toward the next step.

The position begins at 10 hours per week so the client can test and refine the workflow before increasing hours.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Research prospective clients based on client-defined criteria
• Build and maintain organized lead lists
• Verify basic contact and prospect information
• Categorize leads based on source, status, and next action
• Help refine the target audience as the process develops

• Conduct approved email or digital outreach
• Use client-provided messaging, templates, and compliance guidelines
• Direct interested prospects toward approved website or intake channels
• Follow up digitally with prospects who express interest
• Avoid unsolicited outbound calling or telemarketing

• Track responses and lead status
• Maintain accurate notes and next steps
• Identify leads ready for direct client involvement
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects
• Help ensure viable opportunities do not fall through the cracks

• Maintain spreadsheets, contact lists, and lead records
• Prepare basic activity summaries
• Assist with recurring lead-generation administration
• Support additional business tasks as the role develops

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Prior credit repair experience is required, with banking and lead generation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written communication required
• Spreadsheet and lead-tracking experience required
• Email outreach experience preferred
• Financial services or real estate experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with compliant outreach practices is a plus

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
