Travel Coordinator- Japanese Bilingual (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. Prior experience within the travel industry is essential for this role. 

• →Corresponds with clients and provides suggestions via web, emails and phone calls.
• →Makes travel arrangements such as Tours, air tickets, cruises, and hotels for customers including agencies.
• →Handles customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• →Maintains and develops customer base by suggesting products and services which meet and exceed client expectations.
• →Maintains accurate records of all travel reservations.
• →Stays up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments.

【Qualifications】

• →Speaks, reads and writes Japanese language.
• →Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
• →Possesses 1+ years of experience in the travel industry
• →GDS(such as Sabre, Amadeus etc.) experience is preferred
• →Excellent customer service skills
• →Detail-oriented and organized
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team

【Working Hours】

• →Normal business hours between 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• →May be required to work after normal business hours and weekends.
