Private Duty Home Care Office Manager

We are AdvisaCare Home Care. We are looking for a Home Care Office Manager to help us lead our Tucson office.

We're looking for a Home Care Office Manager to lead our Phoenix office and help take our agency to the next level.

This isn't a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We're building something special, and that takes energy, accountability, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We're searching for a leader who:

• Builds strong relationships and connects naturally with people.
• Understands that home care is a people-first business.
• Leads through and with their team—not around them.
• Addresses challenges directly instead of letting problems linger.
• Has an internal sense of urgency and is always moving priorities forward.
• Keeps projects and people on track without letting details fall through the cracks.
• Can balance day-to-day operations while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

We're ideally looking for someone with a successful background in home care leadership, whether that means:

• Building a home care agency from the ground up, or
• Helping an established agency grow and reach the next level as a key operational leader.
