The Receptionist role in our Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante club is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of the fast-moving and dynamic world of Health Clubs.

Responsibilities

→ Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
→ Dealing with telephone enquiries
→ Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
→ Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
→ Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
→ Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department
→Performing night audits duties when required

First work experience in a Customer Service environment
Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stress resistant
Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
Flexible, shifts are between 06.30 and 23.00 and we are open during the weekend
Great team spirit and energetic personality
