About the Role

We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team in the Toronto office. This is an on-site role focused on keeping our physical space running smoothly, welcoming, and functional as our team grows. You’ll own everything from managing day-to-day office operations to supporting vendor relationships and contributing to office design and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Toronto office and ensure the space is welcoming, clean and well-equipped
  • Coordinate equipment ordering, deliveries and inventory management
  • Manage relationships with vendors, building management and other service providers
  • Handle office access requests, security passes and visitor protocols
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, from team lunches to seasonal celebrations
  • Oversee health and safety protocols ensuring the Toronto office remains compliant with local regulations
  • Be the go-to person for employee questions or needs related to the office space
  • 3+ years of experience managing office spaces, ideally in rapidly scaling or startup environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, including ordering, tracking, and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, building management, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Experience supporting workplace events or internal culture initiatives is a plus

This full-time, on-site position requires 40 hours per week during standard business hours, Monday through Friday in our Toronto office.
